Recently ordered a USB-6421 along with a FlexLogger license to the newest version. The main purpose was because both the FlexLogger user manual and the USB-6421 user manual mention its ability to measure pulse widths through the counter channel. However, when I connect the USB-6421 to my PC, and connect through FlexLogger, the only options for physical measurements through the counter channels are Angular Position, Linear Position, or Pulse. When clicking Pulse, the only sensor class that appears is the Pulse counter and the only physical unit is Pulses. I have redownloaded the NI-DAQmx drivers, along with all the software that is included with a FlexLogger download. Any help would be very appreciated.
