I am starting a project that involves producing pulsed ultrasound using an ELVIS II+ and Labview DAQassistant. I am still relatively new to using the ELVIS and labview so I am just slightly confused on how to wire Counter terminals on the ELVIS so that it can communicate with the software. The ELVIS II+ has two counters (0 and 1) and there are three rows associated with each (source, gate, and out).
The two main questions I have are 1) what does the language associated with these counters mean (essentially what are they used for)? and 2) how am I supposed to wire these terminals so that Labview can receive a signal from the breadboard?
