Resetting an individual counter on a NI 9361

I am using a NI 9361 c series counter input module, for edge counting of four signals.  I am using four of the inputs to change the count direction of each of the signals.  I am using the module in FPGA mode.  Is it possible to reset an individual counter channel, without stopping the module, using software?  I have limited space in the chassis to add more counter modules.
