I am trying to acquire values from a NI-PCIe card 6321 recognized as "Dev1" of two load cells encapsulated into one task over ai1 and ai5 and separate encoder tasks of two encoders as attached in a project. Now in order to acquire values from encoder tasks continuously i used PFI lines of input A as external sample clock for rising edge for the corresponding encoder tasks.
Now what's happening is that whenever I run my machine and acquire these values there are places in my tabulated data where no data or garbage data seems to be coming from my load cell and encoder. When I disable the encoder tasks, load cell tasks work properly. So, what could be the possible solutions that I am able to acquire values from all of them properly. I am new to using the encoder so pardon me if question looks silly. Following is the file in which all the details are attached:
