DAQmx update frequency and write a second pulse

I have modified an example vi (counter - finite output) so that it generates a single pulse.  After writing this pulse, I would like to change or update the frequency and write a second pulse.  I have added a note at the location where I would like to write a second pulse in the attached vi.
