I am currently using an Futek 605 torque sensor to measure torque and RPM. The torque measurements can be collected fine but unfortunately, I cannot read the pulses generated from the rotary encoder for RPM measurements. I have wired the device to the DAQ system according to the counter terminal guide in the manual; using the edge counting function with settings counter terminal 1: Angle A is wired to PFI 3 and Angle B is wired to PFI 5. Any help on troubleshooting this problem would be greatly appreciated.
